Yes... instructions online will tell you how to transfer both a wireless and landline account over. Landline takes a few days longer but still no issues and no charges to transfer.

Please try again later.When you activate a new Jitterbug phone we do provide a temporary number, but you do have the ability to transfer your number from your previous carrier. The number does not transfer automatically from the previous provider and you would need to call our Customer Service at 1-800-733-6632, to process the port in request. A port-in request can may occur immediately or may take 1 to 3 business days (5 to 7 business days if porting a landline), depending on your carrier, as long as all of the information provided is confirmed to match the account information with the existing carrier. If your existing carrier requires additional information or the information does not match, it may delay the port-in process.
