Call Great Call and see what they can do for you. In my case, they did a swap because my flip phone died -- but I had to pay the difference in price between Flip phone and Smart 2. They messed up the shipping and lost it. I ended up cancelling the Great Call order and I bought the phone on sale at my local Best Buy online. Sometimes it's worth it to take a loss, just to get a better product.
