I'm sure there is a blocking site. Find it an block them it takes up your mins if not.

Blocked Call List and All Calls to Voicemail are customizable and can be enabled or disabled at any time. For Blocked Call List- All Apps > Settings > Security (located in the Personal section)> select Blocked Call List and Toggle the Off switch to On and tap the + to add numbers to be blocked. All Calls to Voicemail – tap People Tab >locate and tap on desired contact name > tap the menu button at the bottom right corner of the phone > tap Edit > at the next screen, tap the menu button again and then tap All calls to voicemail.
