• Hello Shorty, if you were signed into a Google account when taking photos, your photos will be available when you sign into Google on your new phone. If you were not signed in, you may wish to sign in and sync your photos or transfer them to a computer. If you need assistance, please call GreatCall at (800) 733-6632, between the hours of 5am and 7pm Pacific Time.
