The ph its self is nice. I didn't get the flip ph. I got the to me a regular phs like iPhones type. So far he is able to use it no problem. Its quick you touch a button an its calling.. whatbi dont like is the false advertising about the ph. You can transfer your number they say but it's a hassle. It showes 250 min an life button if something happens. Not true. You have to buy everything. An total bill is 35.00 you pay this amount for 100 min an 5.00 x for text messages or your charged 10 cents per text. So much for 17.85 a month like they say
