You may transfer your contacts from an existing smart phone to your new Jitterbug Smart 2 by simply backing them up to your Gmail account, and syncing them to the new phone. You may also use a Micro SD Memory Card to transfer information from your old smart phone to the new Jitterbug Smart 2. For additional support, please contact our Customer Service at 1-800-733-6632.
