• Hi, all Jitterbug cell phones and smartphones are unlocked per nationwide standards, but we cannot control which carriers choose to accept or activate our phones, nor do we guarantee our phones are compatible with other networks.

• I called Target today regarding Consumer Cellular coverage on a Jitterbug phone. I was told Consumer Cellular do not offer that service for Jitterbug phones.

• No, but my understanding is that Verizon handles the Great Call coverage. Call quality has been great. We’re really happy with this phone.
