• I think this is a Locked phone because the program for seniors was developed by GreatCall. The phone is an Alcatel A30 plus. You will have to call Verizon to see if they can use it on their network. I think the easy program resides on the Greatcall sim card so even if Verizon will accept the phone you will loose the senior feature. Great call is cheaper than Verizon. The phone is a is a great product but my wife has dementia an had trouble learning a new device
