• Excellent sound as long as you turn the volume up and not have it on "SILENT" as it can occur with the elders. Also, have their hearing checked as this is another unknown problem and it is not the phone. I serve the elders and able to add this info. The ringer on the phone is audible.

• Hi, our Jitterbug Smart2 phone is fairly loud. It also has a speaker phone and Bluetooth capabilities.
