“On my Jitterbug Smart2 I used to be able to view photos received in my texts. But now they do not display within the text anymore. Instead I have to go to my photos folder to view them separately. How can I get my photo & text back together again?”

Hello, we are sorry to hear you have encountered a problem. Please open your text messages and tap on the text that sent a picture. Once there you should be able to scroll and view the pictures. If you do not see it, please call our Customer Service at 1-800-733-6632 between 6am and 6pm Pacific time for further assistance.
