• The Jitterbug Smart2 standby time is up to 400 hours (16.6 days), and the talking time is up to 12 hours. However, there are many factors that impact the battery life, such as: checking email, web browsing, Bluetooth, audio volume, screen brightness, and coverage. We encourage our customers to charge their phone daily and you can use your phone while it is charging. The volume on the Jitterbug Smart2 is comparable to other cell phones and is within industry standards.
