Jitterbug phones were specifically designed to work on the GreatCall network which is powered by the nation’s largest and most dependable wireless network, with a variety of affordable plans. GreatCall’s award winning U.S. based support and 5Star emergency response service is only available on the GreatCall network. If your current flip style phone has blue tooth, you may be able to transfer your contact list. You can also add contacts online at the GreatCall web page once your phone is set up. To port in your number, the current number must be active with no pending orders. When your Jitterbug Smart2 is active with a temporary number, please call us with the previous carriers account information and we can initiate the port in.
