When you activate a new Jitterbug phone, an account is created for you with an assigned phone number. We may also be able to transfer a phone number from a previous carrier. For additional information, please call our Customer Service at 1-800-733-6632, between the hours of 5am and 7pm Pacific Time.

You can carry over your own number or call Great Calls Customer Service and they will assign you one.

When you call the customer service number to set up phone, they will assign you a number. You also have option to use a current number.
