Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I was told by customer service I could keep my old phone number, depending on the type of phone I had. The rep checked my phone on his end and he said I could transfer my old phone # to the Jitterbug phone but if I had any photos on the old phone, I'd have to manually transfer my photos, one by one, first. Once you transfer over your phone #, you won't be able to transfer over any photos you want to keep.
