you can actually take it to best buy and they will transfer everything over if possible for free. They did it for my mother in laws phone. she had the smart 1 phone and went up to the smart 2. Obviously because thats where we bought it. if they cant , maybe great call company will help you with that. As it is their service
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The people at Great Call are the absolute best!! The activation went great on Great Call's end. However, we switched my in laws phone number from AT&T to the Jitterbug Smart 2 phone with Great Call and had a hard time with AT&T releasing the phone number to Great Call. Because Great Call is a Google user, we did have an issue with getting my in law's AT&T/yahoo email set up. I called Great Call and the gentleman I spoke to set up the yahoo email for me a long with a couple of apps that my in laws can't live without. We then had an issue pairing a Lively device to the phone. Again, we call Great Call for help and we got the issue worked out in no time and the woman we spoke to was so kind. If you or your dad has issues setting it, just call them. They are happy to help. BTW~my in laws find the phone easy to see and use. It was totaly worth the money.
