Hi, thank you for your interest in our GreatCall products. All Jitterbug cell phones are unlocked per nationwide standards, but we cannot control which carriers choose to accept or activate our phones, nor do we guarantee our phones are compatible with other networks.

You may keep your current phone number BUT, and I emphasize BUT, you MUST, MUST, MUST make sure that you get information from your previous provider that you can pass onto the new one. Plus it takes several days to process. DO NOT, and I repeat DO NOT cancel your current subscription/arrangement before you sign up with a new carrier. I did not and it took several long phone calls before getting to a supervisor who, after another long phone call, finally gave me information to make the change.

Please try again later.No......once you decide to join jitterbug you MUST use their net work....good by t mobile at&t...cricket letc. n0w they get LOW LOW marks for customer service ..so keeping your old number per reviews very.....iffy..Best buy now owns them. Maybe they will clean up their act and fix the bugs.
