I just bought a Smart Phone 2 and I love it. I'm 70 yrs old, this is my first smart phone. It comes with instructions manuals and on-screen instructions. And call the Great Call customer service and they will answer any questions and tell you how to use the functions of the phone. Your dad will love the phone -- it REALLY is easy to use. Also -- you should get the phone case and the screen protector -- at Best Buy or online from Great Call. They protect the phone and the screen from scratches or other damage.
