- Answer Yes, you are able to transfer that number through Great Call. However, you need to provide your account number to Great call from your old provider. That's what Great call told me.

- Answer Excellent sound as long as you turn the volume up and not have it on "SILENT" as it can occur with the elders. Also, have their hearing checked as this is another unknown problem and it is not the phone. I serve the elders and able to add this info. The ringer on the phone is audible.

- Answer Yes, from the Play store like any Android. It even gives the choice of using the custom “skin” or a standard Android home screen. But like any phone, you’re limited by the phone’s memory.
