All apps are a third party features available on the Jitterbug Smart3, applications are not a part of your rate plan and are available to the public with a variety of pricings per application.

The phone comes with the lively interface app, of course, and the things you usually get with android, like a camera, contacts, maps, email, etc. It does require a google account (free). None of the apps that come preinstalled require additional payment. It is basically an android phone with access to google play store so you could add apps that you would have to pay for separately.
