• Great question! The Jitterbug Smart3 phone does not have an app to block incoming calls but does have the feature to block number. For additional support, please contact our friendly Customer Service.

• No there is no app that I have seen, but if a contact is by definition someone who calls you and you no longer wish to hear from them, then the block feature under contacts should work.
