Hello, thank you for your questions. When taking pictures indoors, for the best results, we suggest you ensure the auto flash is turned on. Regarding transferring your information, if you are logged into your Google account and have backed up your information, after activating your Jitterbug Smart3, your information will be available. We have enabled the ability to add an Alexa skill to The Jitterbug Flip2 because it does not have access to the internet. The Jitterbug Smart3 is an Android phone which is powered by Google and has Google Assistant. There is an Alexa application you may be able to utilize, however, we suggest you check the application requirements to ensure it is compatible with an Android 10 Operating System.
