Great question! To switch to the advanced Android mode on your Jitterbug Smart3 phone, select Android Settings from your All Apps. Select Apps & Notifications, Default Apps, and Home App will allow you to adjust to Android mode. If you need additional support, please contact our friendly Customer Service.

Is that possible to switch back and forth between lively and advanced mode but taking taking advanced settings into lively interface. I'm particular I'm trying to take'do not disturb' settings from advanced mode back into lively for use. My mom is getting harassed by scam callers and texters and I was hoping to limit incoming calls and texts to numbers that exist in her contacts.
