“When you type a text-do you have to figure out how to get the letters from the numbers the phone # are or can you just hit right on the letter? I don't want to have to sit and figure out my letters by the # on the phone.”

• Great question! The Jitterbug Smart3 phone has a on screen keyboard that allows you to tap on the letter directly to type.
