• Last year, we offered discounts around the holidays, reducing the cost. But the Flip 2 is always a retail value of $99.99, and the Smart 3s are valued at $149.99 plus tax.

• Thank you for your question. We have not made changes to the cost of the phone however, we do have promotions and special offers through out the year and maybe why you are seeing a cost difference.
