The Jitterbug Smart3 comes with the USB type-C cable and the AC Charger.

It came with the necessary charger/cord, and that is all. (This is better than you get from other companies!). You can buy a case from Best Buy or the Lively website. Also the phone's box said "activate within two weeks and get a free phone charger," so I called and requested the free phone charger and they sent it promptly (this may have been a limited offer, I cannot guarantee all boxes would say this).
