Thank you for asking! The Jitterbug Smart3 gives users the ability to set up a data limit. If the data limit is reached, the data connection will be disabled. Other settings, such as Airplane Mode, can interrupt data connection as well. For support with your data connectivity and phone settings, please contact our Customer Service at 1-800-733-6632.

GO TO SOUND & DISPLAY & THEN CLICK ON ACCESSIBILITY & CLICK ON TIME TO TAKE ACTION & SET THE TIME FOR SHOTOFF AT A LONGER TIME GOOD LUCK!.
