“Is there a way to enable app notifications other than calls, messaging and email? I installed a Ring camera for my dad who has a Jitterbug Smartphone and it doesn't appear that app notifications are surfaced to the lock screen and sound doesn't work?”

Hello, thank you for your question. On the Jitterbug Smart3 notification will appear in the Status Bar at the top of the phone. You dad would just need to drag down twice from the top to see the notice. You can manage the notification via the Settings – Sounds and there should also be Settings available in the application as well. If you need any further assistance, please give us a call.
