“I don't see a menu bar on the main screen for Contacts - are those under "phone"?”

• We are so glad you asked. Yes, Contacts are listed within the Phone app. Another great thing about the Lively Smart is the order of the apps on the home screen is customizable, so you can prioritize Contacts to the very top if you’d like!

• On my Lively Smart, "Contacts" is the third entry down after Phone and Text Messages. Maybe you have a different model?
