Lively phones were specifically designed to work on the Lively network which is powered by the nation’s largest and most dependable wireless network. Lively's award winning U.S. based support and Urgent Response service is only available on the Lively network.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Bought my Lively Jitterbug Smart3 unlocked.That means it can do both - (GSM, CDMA). Lively and Verizon are CDMA. AT&T, Cricket, TMobile are GSM. I use mine on H2o Wireless, also GSM and uses AT&T towers. Had an active H2o SIM, plugged in, started phone calls/texts right away. Gave H2o my new IMEI and after my factory reset, config Advanced mode so now looks like a Samsung or iPhone screens. 3 updates later now run VoLTE 4G on my Smart3. Showed Best Buy techs too. Store Contacts as USIM on SIM card.

There are instructions on how to do so included with the box -- just make sure you do not cancel your previous service until the transfer is complete. To enjoy exclusive features that are only available on the Lively network, activate with Lively by phone or on the Lively website. Lively has a variety of plans with data so you can choose the one that works best for you.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, it is possible but to do that another telephone has to be available to carry out the instructions while the new Lively Smart is being updating. I try to do it however the customer service lady said that it was impossible to do it as I only have one telephone, the Jitterbug smart2. Best Buy could activate the Lively Smart but couldn't port my number to the new Lively Smart cellphone. I had to return the Lively Smart cellphone to Best Buy.
