- Answer You have to buy a cell phne plan from Lively. Lively uses the Verizon cell phone network. So, yes, Verizon is the only carrier for the Jitterbug phone. As Verizon has coverage for almost all of the country that is not a problem.

QuestionMy mother has the Jitterbug 2 smartphone. Just purchased about 1-2 years ago. She is having an issue with no signal showing. We have tried switching over to Airplane mode and back again, turning it off and on. Sometimes this works and sometimes it doesnt.

- Answer Before you buy this phone with a major design flaw, read my review. (Lively put the Send button in the wrong place, leading to many texts being sent by accident.) You would have to call Lively, the manufacturer of the phone, to ask about the Thai language....JudiO
