Now, often times, phones will not work inside of phones JUST BECAUSE of the construction materials used to build that structure, as well as the height of the building, where in the building you are, etc. Even a microwave and solar flares can interfere with a cell phone working. And my personal cell phone is Verizon, and my Samsung Note 20 Ultra does NOT work inside of my house most of the time.... And I'm within a mile of the nearest tower... Thats just how it is... Please go to the nearest window or even outdoors to make sure you have proper signal.
