• I’m not sure this will help I had the old flip phone when I purchased the newer android smart phone the Lively personal team was able to transfer all my information into the new phone contact list and keep the same phone number. A Best Buy employee gave me the information the lively team would ask me and I did the change over in the parking lot in case I needed to go back inside very simple to transfer from old to new
