- Answer I found out the hard way that WiFi calling is disabled by visible on all jitterbug phones. Yes you can download an app to do it that way but you will have to select the app manually and have a separate number for that line. It is not seamless or easy for elderly people like it would be if they just allowed wifi calling in the first place. I cannot recommend these phones to anyone until that issue is solved.

- Answer Lively charges $0.10/MB if service plan DATA is exceeded. To prevent this, you can call Lively to set a data limit stop so you can't go over your plan's limit. To get more data when you reach data limit stop, you have to call Lively to be moved to next plan. This should be told to new customers and when new phones are bought.

- Answer I’m not sure this will help I had the old flip phone when I purchased the newer android smart phone the Lively personal team was able to transfer all my information into the new phone contact list and keep the same phone number. A Best Buy employee gave me the information the lively team would ask me and I did the change over in the parking lot in case I needed to go back inside very simple to transfer from old to new

- Answer Nothing it is self explanatory ! I am 76 and have had other Android phones and this costs a whole lot less money even with the emergency add on ! If you use it for movies and a lot of internet stuff then the USAGE charges can go over and cost you. Make sure to understand what USAGE CHARGES are ! It does everything you need and more except face time & I still have to get that going. I do not like the flip phone because it is small and I "lose" it !

- Answer I just came from a Best buy store. It's $25/ month "starting" and $19.99 if you enroll in paperless billing with the Flip phone. If you get the smart phone, it starts at $5 extra for the required mobile plan for smart phones (non flip phones) and you need to add tax on top of that (which they couldn't tell me). So basically, it starts at $25.00 a month plus tax for a smart phone.

- Answer No, when you get the Jitterbug you have to use it on Lively's service. There plan is very affordable though and it was easy to transfer the number over.
