• Nothing it is self explanatory ! I am 76 and have had other Android phones and this costs a whole lot less money even with the emergency add on ! If you use it for movies and a lot of internet stuff then the USAGE charges can go over and cost you. Make sure to understand what USAGE CHARGES are ! It does everything you need and more except face time & I still have to get that going. I do not like the flip phone because it is small and I "lose" it !
