- Answer Thank you for your question. The Jitterbug Smart4 is an Android phone, and the WhatsApp can be downloaded from Google Play. Yes, it does have a Home button and you can customize the Home page with her favorite items.

QuestionWhat is direct path to setting mobile data limit? I had to resort to 'search' on "cellular". Home/Settings/Advanced Settings, then type Cellular in "Search settings". Then Billing Cycle, then Data limit. Is there no direct path?

- Answer You need to contact both Verizon and Lively... Verizon needs to provide what`s called a port out pin #. If, your old phone and Verizon are still active, they can text you this pin#... That allows you to keep your old#... In the mean time, Lively will provide a temporary phone#. For me, it took circa 8 hours to get my old # transferred to Lively. Plus you have to set up an online account with Lively. I only briefly had tried Verizon/Visible and Lively is so, much better for Customer service and activation thus far...

QuestionI have noticed in some of the questions that have been ask here about the network used with the Jitterbug Smart4 all have answered verison. Is that the only network that the Jitterbug Smart4 will work with?

- Answer Lively/Jitterbug is its own cellular service, which they "lease" or contract out to Verizon. Data, Voice, and Text messaging is billed by Lively. Without being a hacker or whatever (which probably goes against their TOS), these phones do not support any other network. In addition to the data,voice,texting, they have other services including GPS tracking, a concierge type operator service, and app-less Lyft where you call the operator and they make arrangements. There is more.
