I just came from a Best buy store. It's $25/ month "starting" and $19.99 if you enroll in paperless billing with the Flip phone. If you get the smart phone, it starts at $5 extra for the required mobile plan for smart phones (non flip phones) and you need to add tax on top of that (which they couldn't tell me). So basically, it starts at $25.00 a month plus tax for a smart phone.
