Lively charges $0.10/MB if service plan DATA is exceeded. To prevent this, you can call Lively to set a data limit stop so you can't go over your plan's limit. To get more data when you reach data limit stop, you have to call Lively to be moved to next plan. This should be told to new customers and when new phones are bought.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Well, I’ve been on the phone with customer service twice and they have never mentioned this option. I started the plan for my brother with one gigabyte and he went over so I bumped it up to 5 GB on their recommendation. Last month I got a $300 bill and none of them ever said that I could put a hard stop on the account when it exceeded the limit. When I called this time, they said oh you should just put an unlimited data plan in place. No thank you
