I did swap out the SIM card. I ordered a SIM Card from TracFone and activated the phone. The JitterBug top button "Urgent Response" was not set up correctly as I suspect the Lively activation intercpts this type of call so they can help the user get 911 access.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I rally don't know because I can't set it up even with lively.. I don't know why you sell them if you can't set them up for customers.. Lively's on line system is worse than useless.
