• Hello, thank for your question. Yes, the Jitterbug Smart4 does show missed calls, and text messages and they will appear in the notifications section at the top of the phone. Information on where to view and respond can be found on page 63 under Phone Calls, and page 79, under Text Messaging, in the user guide packaged with the phone, or the user guide can be found on the Lively website, under support.
