Can the jitterbug 4 be used as a hot spot null

Unfortunately the hot spot feature is not available on our easy to use Jitterbug Smart 4. Our goal is to keep the phone as easy as possible for our customers therefor we have limited the features in the settings. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

I am not sure; I've had my Smart4 for approximately one month and still getting used to it.
