• Hello, great question. The Jitterbug Smart4 does have the ability to lock your screen. The instructions on how to set up a lock on your phone can be found starting on page 32 of the user guide that is packaged with the phone. You can also view the user guide on the Lively website under Support.

• No--if so I do not know how to use it.+ I do not like this phone. I am afraid to use it. Every time I try yo use it I get the Emergency light, And I do not have an Emergency and I am afraid they will just charge more. They do much too much FALSE advertising. I just hope they will help IF I have an EMERGENCY
