- Answer YES, I purchased the Jitterbug for the *5 feature, you just press it and someone will be on the line to help you. There is a page for you to put all your personal info on that *5 can access. I feel very safe knowing I'm in good hands.

- Answer I'm sorry, I don't know; did you ask Cellular consumer? Great Call is very good, it's part of Verison and has tons of plans. I wouldn't trade my Jitterbug or Great Call for anything.
