Jeff, Echo Smartpen recordings are "transcribed" into the computer via the charging cable and are visible within the Echo desktop app. Once downloaded both written content (shown in your own handwriting) and the audio recordings are retrieveable from the separate areas entitled "pages and audio." Hope this helps.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This one does not, unless I haven't gotten that far into what it does do. You basically takes notes... in my case for minutes. It records and it will pick up from where you were in notes taken to replay as many times as you want with a touch of the pen. I believe you can download them into your computer, but I have always just worked from the pen. It's a nice tool for accurate minutes.
