• The filter includes 4 filter packets, which will filter 4 bottles, but you can buy additional filter packets to use with the plastic filter.

• Yes ONE filter per bottle and also a time limit of 3 hrs once you use the filter. Unless you have a Sulfite problem this is not worth getting.

• Yes, 1 filter per bottle. The filters are sealed, once you open one it is only good for 3-4 hours.
