“Why does the sound go in and out? I also get a little crackle sound. I have it straight plugged in with the AUX cord not using bluetooth and I sometimes have to jiggle the cord around because it sounds like it isnt plugged in all the way but it is??”

• I don't have that issue. Did you possibly drop it while it was in the box? If not I would try to return it.

• Could just be a faulty aux cord. If not just try using Bluetooth

• You may have a defective aux cord. Mine doesn’t do that. I have very clear, crackle free sound.
