- Answer The headset comes with the the PC cables as it’s mainly made for that. It does not come with an HDMI cable. Which personally wish it did.

- Answer You must download the Dolby app on Xbox. If you turn on your headset, follow the steps on the app once you open it. You will also have to go to the console settings

QuestionDid they remove the Dolby surround sound button? how does that enable now ?

- Answer Yes it is gone. The surround sound is controlled from the console/pc side now. It is determined by the output on the console/pc. PC/Xbox will output in Dolby atmos whereas ps5 will output via the 3d audio setting for Sony Tempest 3d audio.

QuestionI am playing a pc game. The rocker button on the headset does NOT modify balance between game, and (voice) chat, it only turns everything down. Both audio inputs should be separate? My prior A50 gen 3 allowed this.

QuestionCan I use these with a goxlr somehow? Maybe using a thunderbolt hub with a 3.5mm jack from the usbc port on the base station, then using the combo port to the pc and the wall for power, and the 3.5mm cable from the hub to the goxlr?

- Answer No it is not possible to connect the A50 X to the GoXLR. Since A50 X primarily connects through LIGHTSPEED or Bluetooth that requires the A50 X's base station. A50 X Base Station enables simultaneous LIGHTSPEED + Bluetooth® connectivity. Mix your phone audio, like Discord chat, into your game. Also, connect to your Switch or any other Bluetooth-compatible device. Max out your wireless audio loadout.

QuestionAnyone else having issues when switching to a game from Netflix, hulu, or any other streaming platforms it says that there is no hdmi connected? I have to keep unplugging from base station for it to come up. Takes a couple of times to get it going.

QuestionHave they fixed the issue with LG OLED monitors? I know that has been a problem since release. Don’t want to waste my time buying them to return them if it’s not compatible with LG OLED monitors like the 27” SmartGear.
