• Adapter not used. Works good for PS5, UNLESS you want to use a capture card for streaming. "Not compatible for use with capture cards"

• Your ps5 hdmi will go into the headset base, it will no longer go into your tv so no additional dongles or adapters needed.

• No, it will use one usb type a port on your console via included cable. You will need another hdmi 2.1 cable to go from your base station to your tv though.
