You must connect the camera to your computer via the usb port. This device is Skype enabled; therefore you can download the Skype app. The app will walk you through the instructions for set-up.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Make sure the USB is plugged into the computer. The webcam will come on automatically when you select a program that requires a webcam. For example, when you open Skype and select the video camera icon to place a video call, the Logitech webcam will automatically come on. It will do the same when opening Photo Booth if you own a Mac. Just open Photo Booth and the Logitech webcam will come on automatically. It has very nice picture and video quality. I am using the Logitech webcam with my Mac Mini but I assume it would do the same on a PC. There is no software to download for a Mac for the C310 webcam however, there is an app called Logitech Camera Settings that you can get (free) from the App Store. To use, you must launch and run the app simultaneously with Skype video call or Photo Booth. The app allows you to adjust image quality only (select "advanced settings" tab). It will not zoom in and out or focus ("webcam control" tab) and I think that is because this particular webcam was not designed with those features.
