• No it doesn't. But if it did I'd guarantee what ever version it contained would be out of date anyways.

• Negative. Skype for me was a separate download to my laptop. The camera plugs into the laptop independently of Skype.

• No, you will need to have Skype downloaded separate. You can however very easily set it as your default camera so that in the future Skype automatically uses it for video calls.

• No it does not have Skype installed. Go to google, type Skype, click link and download. It take minutes even for the worst internet. Don't be lazy bro
