Yes you can use this with FaceTime on your Mac. You would just have to go into settings on your mac and change the default camera from internal retina to the Logitech. The Logitech is a better quality camera than the Macs btw. Using the built in mic on the Logitech would work the same way, ou would just have to go into settings on the Mac and change the default audio input from the Mac to the Logitech. (I've never used the internal mic on the Logitech though since I have a Blue Yeti usb mic so I can t speak to it's quality. You can do the same thing on your pc for use with Cortana. You would just have to make the mic in the Logitech the default input audio.
